• Reservations can be made at any time by phone. Please make a reservation over the phone for same-day reservations.
• Please note that if you do not receive your booking confirmation or reservation confirmation number via email or phone, your reservation will not be completed.
• Reservations may be canceled automatically if payment is not made within the specified time frame after booking.

If you need to cancel your reservation, the following fees apply.

• Cancellation 72 hours prior to the accommodation date: 30% of the first day's accommodation charge
• Cancellation 48 hours prior to the accommodation date: 50% of the first day's accommodation fee
• Cancellation 24 hours prior to the accommodation date: 100% of the first day's accommodation fee
